Wave Moto Coffee's dark coffee's are famous within those in the know who enjoy the traditional dark roasts but with a handcrafted unburnt full flavor. We bring the beans to their peak flavor fullness carefully to order, but without burning them (like the big roasters) or extracting too much bitterness, and drop the beans when they are insanely perfectly dark!
