Our Columbian is as smooth as a tuned engine rev and has one of the best aftertastes of any coffee. This roast is special to us as to hits all the right the notes on this one, as we bring it just past medium but do not let it get too dark - perfecto! The flavor is the 'drink it all day' kind, and is also an excellent choice for cold brew fans!
